The Establishment of the Church:
This is a commentary on Sections 18-40 of the Doctrine and Covenants to be studied in the Come, Follow Me—for Home and Church manual from February 24 to April 27, 2025. These sections contain revelations which allowed the Church to be established in the proper order, the ordinances of baptism, confirmation, and ordination outlined, the keys of the priesthood recognised,and basic doctrines of the Church established. A revision of the Bible was undertaken resulting in more new scripture. Revelations were also received to begin missionary work and as a result of that work and local persecution the Church was commanded to move the gathering of Church members from New York to Kirkland, Ohio. pp.305
