This is an approximation (from my notes and memory) of a sacrament meeting talk given to the Lethbridge Alberta YSA stake members and their guests at an outdoor camp sacrament meeting held near Leavitt on July 18, 2021. The assigned topic was mental health and the gospel from the perspective of a stake patriarch who is a medical doctor working in mental health, but it ended up being a bit more wide-ranging than that—- due to my borderline attention deficit disorder I suppose. pp.12
