Building Holy People:
This is a commentary on Sections 71-93 of the Doctrine and Covenants to be studied in the Come, Follow Me—for Home and Church manual from June 30 through August 31, 2025. These sections contain revelations which described how a Zion people might be created and prepared for a good life here on earth as well as an overview of the kingdoms of glory in the resurrection. We have a look at heroic labours in missionary work as well as those who failed to live up to their calling. We will discuss how one might best follow fallible leaders. There is a fairly complete overview of the Word of Wisdom. Some parts of the book of Revelation are clarified. The doctrine of our pre-mortal existence is also explored in some detail. These sections concern these doctrines as well as the history of the Church from December of 1831 to May 6, 1833. pp.449.
