Description
This is a commentary on the final five books on the small plates of Nephi. They were written by Jacob, Nephi’s younger brother, and Jacob’s descendants down to the time of King Benjamin who then became the custodian of the large and small plates of Nephi. It teaches many important gospel principles, gives a history of the house of Israel from its founding down to the last days on earth. It teaches about personal revelation, apostasy, the law of chastity, the effects of sin on self and others, the antidote to pride, and the balance between God’s justice and mercy. We are also introduced to the Mulekites, Mosiah I, and King Benjamin. pp.121.
